New System to CW Be Aware
Wooot:I am sad that I have to implement this but many member complain about CW attendence, some even ask me to kick and etc. I dont have the heart to kick members so I came up with this system to encourage people to go for CW. For those of you that really cant make it for CW, I am sorry but you will have to take the penalty as well.
All of the below have a duration of 1 Week, Starts right After CW to the next CW:
If u get intoCW Squad b4 CW starts - 100%
share from Boss Raids If u get into CW Squad after CW starts - 90% share from Boss Raids If u get into CW Squad after first hour of CW - 80%
share from Boss Raids If u miss CW - 50%
share from Ross Raids If u Get into TS during CW - 10%
bonus from Boss Raids All the records will be on the position in Alt Y. Example :
Fitmyer 100%
Tantamco 110%
GranadoELITE 50%
Jessica 90%
Calculation are simple, we divide the share equally like how we do normally, then multiply by the percentage.
100% = x1
110% = x1.1
90% = x0.9
50% = x0.5
This rules are here to help keep things fair for everyone, people that are active in CW are complaining till the extend to ask me kick members. I dont think kicking members is a good way to solve that problem, so I implemented this system to give some penalty to those that did not come for CW that is very important to the faction due to the hp buff. Hope this system helps our current situation.
